ALTA's 6th Aviation Law Americas Conference will Launch Soon
ALTA´s Aviation Law Americas, hosted by the Latin American & Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), with the support of Strategic Partner, the International Air Transport Association (IATA), will kick off with more than 150 Legal, aeropolitical and financial leaders from the aviation industry gathering at the Intercontinental Hotel in Miami, Florida on September 12-14. The event has garnered a significant participation of important law firms from around the hemisphere and all the key airlines from the region. The conference will target discussions of a variety of topics in the aviation legal realm today: the European ETS and the resulting cost and non-compliance implications, Corporate Governance in airport and air navigation services management, the OECD and its impact on aircraft financing, the Rights of Passengers and Airlines, achieving balance between labor rights and productivity and the global trend towards Mergers. The three day event is the 6th annual edition of ALTA´s Aviation Law Conference which hails attendees and speakers from the Aviation Law arena and the key airlines in the Latin America and Caribbean Region.
