In February, 1 609 815 passengers travelled through Oslo Airport, which is 178 016 or 12.4% more than in 2011.
Adjusted for leap day in 2012, passenger growth amounts to 8.4%. International traffic grew by 94 932 passengers (13.3%) and domestic traffic grew by 83 084 passengers (11.5%).

The number of aircraft movements was 17 559, 5.8% more than in 2011.

There is strong growth in both the private and business travel markets. Many passengers opted to spend their winter holiday abroad. All the major routes experienced growth, with the largest percentage growth (24%) on the Oslo - Tromsų route.
